Position: Program Manager/QMRP : Winsted Site

ATHC is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated, creative individual to work with adults with developmental disabilities and related conditions in a team centered atmosphere. Responsibilities include:

• Managing a case load of 25-30 individuals
• Supervising a team of 7-10 individual job trainers
• directing vocational/non-vocational programs to meet the needs of individuals.

Requirements:

• Good working knowledge of Consolidated Standards 245B
• QMRP status
• Bachelor degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
• 3-5 years experience working with adults with developmental disabilities
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Good driving record.

This position is full-time with benefits provided. Pay is dependent upon experience.
